Dolling

I just discovered Funny Bunny, aka a designer in Sweden making dolls and fabric (and fabric for the dolls). Her stuff is cool and she's got an Esty and such...but my personal fave is her Flickr, where she occasionally shoots them in not-for-retail fashion. Here are some of my top picks:

Shower Scene Stealer

(Not Psycho. Yet pretty freakin' Psycho.)

How have I not thought of this before? How great would the infamous shower scene from Psycho be as a costume? Um, so great.

So, to pull it off, first just buy a cheap shower curtain and bloody it up:

And get a fake knife to put either on your chest or back:

Carry a bar of soap and add a ton of gel to your hair so it appears wet all night. Your partner can go as Norman Bates...which is easy as there's both "normal Norman," which is just regular clothes and a knife (and maybe a pill bottle labeled anti-psychotic?):

Pros:

-Easily identifiable 

-Relatively cheap

Cons:

-Ever applied a fake knife to yourself? I've done a needle and it takes for-ev-er.
